在歐盟市場(chǎng)“CE”標(biāo)志屬?gòu)?qiáng)制性認(rèn)證標(biāo)志，以表明產(chǎn)品符合歐盟《技術(shù)協(xié)調(diào)與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化新方法》指令的基本要求。這是歐盟法律對(duì)產(chǎn)品提出的一種強(qiáng)制性要求。

在火災(zāi)探測(cè)和報(bào)警系統(tǒng)加貼CE標(biāo)志不但可以證明其產(chǎn)品符合建筑產(chǎn)品指令（CPR 305/2011/EU）及其相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)（歐洲協(xié)調(diào)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)EN 54-21）規(guī)定的安全，環(huán)保，衛(wèi)生和消費(fèi)者保護(hù)。而且可以合理規(guī)避貿(mào)易技術(shù)壁壘，在歐洲市場(chǎng)自由銷售并打開其他國(guó)際市場(chǎng)。

注：歐盟建筑法規(guī)CPR（Construction Product Regulation） 305/2011/EU 全面取代歐盟建筑產(chǎn)品指令CPD(Construction Product Directive) 106/89/EEC, 并且從2013年7月1日起強(qiáng)制執(zhí)行

本歐洲標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定了能夠傳輸火災(zāi)報(bào)警和/或故障警告信號(hào)的路由設(shè)備的有效性和可靠性的要求、測(cè)試方法和性能標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，用于評(píng)估安裝在建筑物中的火災(zāi)探測(cè)和火災(zāi)報(bào)警系統(tǒng)(見EN 54-1)。路由設(shè)備的設(shè)計(jì)使系統(tǒng)能夠按照本歐洲標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的要求運(yùn)行。本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)還規(guī)定了設(shè)備是否符合本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求的評(píng)估。

This European Standard specifies requirements, test methods and performance criteria against which the effectiveness and reliability of routing equipment capable of transmitting fire alarm and/or fault warning signals for use with fire detection and fire alarm systems installed in buildings can be assessed (see EN 54-1).The routing equipment is designed to allow the system to function in accordance with the requirements of this European Standard. lt also provides for the evaluation of conformity of the equipment to the requirements of this standard.

1、確定需要認(rèn)證的產(chǎn)品類型，提交申請(qǐng)

2、確定歐洲產(chǎn)品指令，火災(zāi)探測(cè)和報(bào)警系統(tǒng)需符合新的歐盟建筑產(chǎn)品法規(guī)CPR 305/2011/EU

3、確定歐洲協(xié)調(diào)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，火災(zāi)探測(cè)和報(bào)警系統(tǒng)需符合協(xié)調(diào)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)EN 54-21

4、根據(jù)CPR指令和協(xié)調(diào)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)EN 54-21進(jìn)行測(cè)試評(píng)估

5、獲得由歐盟公告機(jī)構(gòu)頒發(fā)的測(cè)試報(bào)告和證書

6、發(fā)放產(chǎn)品性能聲明(Declaration of Performance)

7、在產(chǎn)品包裝上加貼帶公告機(jī)構(gòu)編碼的CE標(biāo)志

8、在歐洲市場(chǎng)自由銷售
