11月19日，首屆中國(guó)網(wǎng)絡(luò)文明大會(huì)網(wǎng)上內(nèi)容建設(shè)論壇在北京舉辦。中外嘉賓圍繞“講好中國(guó)故事 助力網(wǎng)絡(luò)文明”主題，集中探討新形勢(shì)下講好中國(guó)故事的方略、重點(diǎn)和路徑，著力提高中國(guó)國(guó)際傳播影響力、中華文化感召力、中國(guó)形象親和力、中國(guó)話語(yǔ)說服力、國(guó)際輿論引導(dǎo)力。

The first China Internet Civilization Conference?Content Building Forum was held in Beijing on November 19. Focusing on the theme of "tell the Chinese stories?well and boast internet civilization", participants from home and abroad?discussed on the strategies, priorities, and channels to tell the Chinese stories well for the?new era, so as to boost China's international influence, cultural receptiveness, affinity, convincingness, and leadership of opinions.

潘岳在致辭中表示，要通過互聯(lián)網(wǎng)傳播中華文明，促進(jìn)中外文明交流互鑒，助推構(gòu)建網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間命運(yùn)共同體。應(yīng)推動(dòng)文明互鑒，避免誤讀誤判；重建“文明敘事”，溝通對(duì)立觀念；充分借勢(shì)賦能，創(chuàng)新國(guó)際傳播。他指出，西方公眾并不是天生仇恨中國(guó)，妖魔化中國(guó)的浪潮真相大白后，遲早產(chǎn)生出大批當(dāng)代的“馬可波羅”，應(yīng)苦練內(nèi)功補(bǔ)短板，盡快去儲(chǔ)備、培育、翻譯一系列跨文化優(yōu)質(zhì)產(chǎn)品。要將中國(guó)故事用“跨文化”的方式“再翻譯”，一個(gè)好方法就是文明比較，要敢于并善于正面回答最復(fù)雜最尖銳的問題。

In his remark, Pan Yue said: We should spread the Chinese culture through the Internet,?promote mutual exchanges among different civilizations, and build up a cyberspace of shared fate. We should promote inter-cultural exchanges to avoid misunderstanding, restart cultural communication to discuss different opinions, and make full use of the Internet to innovate international communication. He observed that, the Western public does not hate China inherently, when the demonization of China is over, there will be many modern Marco Polos sooner or later. We should cultivate our capabilities by preserving, nurturing and translating a series of intercultural products of high quality. Meanwhile, we need to retranslate China's stories in a cross-cultural way. Cultural comparison is a good way in this compaign. We need to build up the audacity and ability to directly answer the most complicated and acrid questions.
