• The data released Wednesday includes police reports,?interview transcripts,?text messages, surveillance footage and pictures showing the pair together on the night of the incident, and audio of Liu's interview with police.

• In an audio interview between police and Liu, Liu says the alleged victim invited him to her apartment.

  Liu says she suggested he take a shower, "so we both went to the bathroom, and she cleaned my body."

  He then says he thinks she took a shower, then got into bed, and "we were kissing each other and touching each other and then made love."

  A few hours later, he said, he was shocked when police arrived to speak with him.

• "Qiangdong did not understand what was going on, and did not think that he had done anything wrong," a report from one of the arresting officers states.

警方報告稱，劉靜堯一開始稱雙方自愿發(fā)生關系，但隨后改口稱希望劉強東被起訴。

• The?undergraduate,?who was 21 at the time, told the first police officers who interviewed her after a friend called police about possible sexual assault that she had not been raped, that it was “spontaneous?sex” and “consensual” and that she didn’t need police assistance.

美國明尼蘇達州亨內平縣檢察官麥克·弗里曼宣布，明尼阿波利斯警察局對劉強東性侵犯指控的調查已移交檢察官。檢察官將審查所有證據(jù)，并就是否提出指控作出決定。弗里曼指出，對是否做出指控的決定并沒有截止日期。

---2018年12月22日凌晨（北京時間）

明尼阿波利斯市亨內平縣檢察官辦公室公布劉強東事件的調查結果，其決定對劉強東不予起訴，這意味著該案正式結案，劉強東無罪。

亨尼平縣檢察官邁克·弗里曼表示，“這亦與其他性侵犯案件相似，嫌疑人認為性行為的發(fā)生是自愿的?！?/p>
