The twelve zodiac is the representative of the twelve Earthly Branches, namely, Zi (rat), Chou (ox), Yin (tiger), Mao (rabbit), Chen (Dragon), Si (snake), Wu (horse), Wei (sheep), Shen (Monkey), You (chicken), Xu (dog), Hai (pig). Each zodiac has rich legends.

???????你知道自己屬什么嗎？有屬小白兔的，有屬大老虎的...有屬貓的嗎？沒有，怎么有屬老鼠的，沒有屬貓的呢？這里有個故事。

Long long ago, one day, people said: "We want to choose twelve kinds of animals as people's zodiac, a year of animal." How many animals are there in the world? How to choose? So, set a good day, on this day, the animals come to register, the first twelve animals will be the twelve zodiac.

???????到了報名那天早晨，老鼠早就醒來了，可是它把好朋友貓的事給忘了,就自己去報名了。結(jié)果，老鼠被選上了。貓呢？貓因?yàn)槠鸫蔡t了，等它趕到時，十二種動物已被選定了。貓沒有被選上，但老鼠卻成了第一名。

From then on, whenever the cat saw the mouse ,he ran to eat it, the mouse had to run all the way. It's like this till now.?
??????自此以后，貓見了老鼠就要吃它，老鼠就只好拼命地逃。現(xiàn)在還是這樣。
