In the past thousands of years, Chinese people have cooked tofu in various ways. Roasted tofu broiled on a charcoal fire; stewed tofu which is boiled together with mushrooms in a pot; mouth-watering crispy tofu which is fried in hot oil; tofu which is left frozen in snow... These will all be recorded and presented one by one in “Tofu Legends”. A variety of traditional tofu making methods will also be introduced in the series.

幾千年來，中國人烹飪豆腐的方式多種多樣。用炭火烤豆腐、把豆腐放鍋里跟蘑菇一起燉、爆炒豆腐、凍豆腐。。。。。。這些統(tǒng)統(tǒng)將在本記錄片中呈現(xiàn)出來。這個系列還將介紹很多制作豆腐的傳統(tǒng)方法。

Not thinking about how much or how little money she has. I am hoping that before she gets too old she will at least get a tap in her house so she will not have to fetch such a heavy load of water from the well everyday. At 66 she can still walk fast and climb trees. But I am not sure if that will be full and wonderful at 70 or 80 or 90 when the body has weakened and all the aches and pain come.?

不知道她有沒有錢，但我希望她在老到干不動活之前，起碼能給家里弄個水龍頭，這樣她就不用每天從井里背這么重的水了。在66歲的年紀，她還能走得很快、還能爬樹。但我不確定等她到了70歲、80歲甚至90歲，當身體變弱、各種病痛都到來的時候，她的生活是否會依然充實而美好。
