香港首現(xiàn)土制炸彈！港警：意圖殺警，與各地恐襲手法雷同
據(jù)大公網(wǎng)10月14日報道，香港警務(wù)處副處長鄧炳強在當(dāng)天的警方新聞發(fā)布會上表示，警方首次發(fā)現(xiàn)有人制造及使用以手提電話遙控的土制炸彈。

警方強調(diào)，暴徒使用的戰(zhàn)術(shù)和炸藥品，與世界各地發(fā)生的恐怖襲擊事件雷同（close to terrorism）。警方表示，有理由相信使用的爆炸品升級，意圖是針對警員進行嚴重的致命襲擊。
“This is an escalation of the use of explosives, with only one motive, which is to kill and maim officers in the field,” the?police said.
香港警務(wù)處爆炸品處理科警司李展超表示，13日晚8點左右，在旺角彌敦道附近的一輛警車不足兩米的范圍內(nèi)發(fā)生一宗爆炸案件。警方爆炸品處理科人員到現(xiàn)場調(diào)查搜證發(fā)現(xiàn)，爆炸物為一枚用手機遙控的土制炸彈。

該自制爆炸裝置和高性能炸藥與世界各地發(fā)生的恐怖襲擊事件雷同，引爆時候的威力及方向是無差別的。
警司李展超介紹，爆炸發(fā)生前，有示威者在附近設(shè)下路障，防爆警察到場清理路障，很短時間內(nèi)就發(fā)生了爆炸。

警方12名人員受傷，201人被捕
香港警方在記者會上通報，過去兩天，共有12名警務(wù)人員受傷，其中一名警員被人以利器襲擊頸部。
Twelve police officers were injured during operations against the citywide violence?and vandalism, said Kong Wing-cheung, acting chief superintendent of the Police Public Relations Branch.?Two police officers were assaulted with bricks, city officials said.?
警察公共關(guān)系科署理總警司江永祥表示，全港共12名警務(wù)人員在打擊暴力及破壞公物的行動中受傷。有政府官員稱，兩名警察遭到磚頭襲擊。
至于割頸暴徒現(xiàn)已被抓獲，目前涉嫌的罪名確定是“蓄意謀殺罪”。
從11日到13日，警方在行動中共抓捕201人，涉嫌非法集結(jié)、藏有攻擊性武器、刑事毀壞、縱火、使用蒙面物品等。

他呼吁：“廣大市民不要參加非法活動，見到罪案發(fā)生請盡快報警，不要阻礙警方執(zhí)法，應(yīng)盡快離開現(xiàn)場，也希望市民支持警方嚴正執(zhí)法，重建社會秩序?！?/p>
