CONEXTRU GP Extruders - Processing features
Screw & grooved bush design
Linear grooved bush & screw geometry at feed section is an optimised system to get best linearity of output / screw speed ratio. This system has constant specific output over screw speed also at high back pressure.
Special groove shape reduce the force in the compression.
Barrier screw design
Gentle plasticisation due to long due to long barrier section.
Therefore best homogeneity in temperature and melt quality, at low melt temperature.
Optimum on energy input to material.
Barrier length and gap are designed according the required output to have shear rate within the range of in-homogeneity and overeating.
Depending on Polymer CONEXTRU GmbH has a large library of screws for standard and special technical Polymers.
Mixing & Dispersion
Conextru screws have for each application the right mixing
Standard tip for coloured material
High mixing tip for virgin and colour master batch or filler master batch or blowing agent
Dynamic mixer for best carbon black dispersion in virgin PE, without overheating at same load of motor
Screws are available with exchangeable screw tips. All solutions leads always to best melt homogeneity for additive distribution and equal melt-temperature.
Drive concept - Energy consumption
Motor - gear execution – screw speed – screw geometry are an optimised system for most economical production and optimum energy input
The system is developed for max. Warrantee production rate at best Wh/kg for the processed material
Output rates
Warrantee = production = maximum 0utput at max. Screw speed.
The extruder can and should be operated at maximum screw speed to get highest efficiency in production cost.
Extruder frame & subcontracting
GP Extruder frame is built with high adjustable wheels in short version in extrusion height of 1100 mm having motor below barrel. Control box with touch screen interface is mounted on left hand side.
Special Motor gear barrel arrangements are available depending on local situation or application like overhead extruder position on high sub construction.
