1-A new roommate

8) I do host a few parties a year; but otherwise (apart from that), I too just have a few friends over every once in a while (sometimes, but not often).

9) When it comes to chores (tasks) and cleaning, what tasks (a piece of work that must be done) do you prefer to take on?

10) I'll do the dishes and run the vacuum often.

11) I'm pretty neat (I like to keep everything tidy and in good order) as well.

12) so I'm constantly cleaning up the kitchen and mopping the floors.

13) I am majoring in (specialize in) business, but I am not exactly sure what I will do after I graduate.

14) You could move in on Monday, if that works for you (if that's acceptable for you) .

15) I'll have the landlord (a person who rents out an apartment) add your name to the lease (contract), and you can sign it next week.
