11月5日，第二屆中國國際進(jìn)口博覽會(huì)正式開幕。

今年的進(jìn)博會(huì)共有64個(gè)國家參展，世界500強(qiáng)和行業(yè)龍頭企業(yè)參展數(shù)量顯著增加，展會(huì)現(xiàn)場十分熱鬧。

然而此前，美國政府已經(jīng)表示不會(huì)派高級(jí)別代表參加本屆進(jìn)博會(huì)（the US?government isn't sending any?high-level representatives to the expo）。

美國的政府態(tài)度是一回事，而美國的企業(yè)態(tài)度則是另一回事了，他們參展的熱情十分高漲。

據(jù)悉，今年進(jìn)博會(huì)美國企業(yè)來了192家，比去年增長18%。美方參展面積也是各參展國中最大的，占4.75萬平方米。

據(jù)CNBC報(bào)道：

• American companies remain keen on?tapping?business opportunities in China, despite the trade tensions between the two countries.

• 盡管中美貿(mào)易關(guān)系緊張，但美國公司對(duì)挖掘中國的商機(jī)仍葆有熱情。

美國美中貿(mào)易全國委員會(huì)高級(jí)副會(huì)長彭捷寧（Jake Parker, vice president of China operations at the?US-China Business Council）在接受CNBC采訪時(shí)稱，去年參展的美國企業(yè)對(duì)于進(jìn)博會(huì)的滿意度很高，這也是今年美國企業(yè)熱情高漲的原因之一：

• “We have heard very positive feedback from US?companies who participated in (the import expo) last year.”

• “Significant numbers of purchases made at last (year's) event were fulfilled and fully executed. These commercial opportunities led to an uptick in interest from USCBC members to participate in 2019.”

所以，去年參加過進(jìn)博會(huì)的美國企業(yè)，如高通、特斯拉、江森自控、杜邦、陶氏、戴爾、強(qiáng)生、霍尼韋爾、波音、通用電氣、3M等，今年又來了。

《華爾街日?qǐng)?bào)》也報(bào)道了各家美國企業(yè)積極參展、開拓商機(jī)的情況：

• The chief executive officer of?M&M's candy maker Mars?Inc.,?Grant F. Reid, will demonstrate an “immersive smell experience” and a “vending robot” that can “identify crowds autonomously and proactively promote products,” the company told The Wall Street Journal in a statement.

• 糖果企業(yè)瑪氏公司首席執(zhí)行官格蘭特·里德在一份聲明中告訴《華爾街日?qǐng)?bào)》，該公司將在進(jìn)博會(huì)上展示一種“沉浸式嗅覺體驗(yàn)”和一款能夠“自動(dòng)識(shí)別人群，主動(dòng)宣傳產(chǎn)品”的售賣機(jī)器人。

• ″(US?companies’) participating in this event would be a pretty important demonstration of?commitment?to the Chinese market.?It also?signals?a strong interest among US?corporates in resuming a sense of ‘normalcy’,?i.e., to how things were before the trade war?”.

至于美國政府代表來不來，已經(jīng)不那么重要。正如外交部發(fā)言人耿爽在記者會(huì)上說的：

• “他們來，我們歡迎；他們不來，也沒有什么大不了。”

• I would like to say that they are welcome to attend the event if they'd like to come. But if they don't, it's no big deal.?

? 明年進(jìn)博會(huì)展位“手慢無”

進(jìn)博會(huì)到底有多火爆？今年4月，距展會(huì)召開還有半年，本屆進(jìn)博會(huì)所有展位預(yù)定一空。

而明年進(jìn)博會(huì)展位，目前已有115家企業(yè)簽訂，毛面積已經(jīng)超過6萬平方米。

外國企業(yè)為何如此看好進(jìn)博會(huì)？

據(jù)外媒報(bào)道，除了中國擴(kuò)大開放為世界打開機(jī)遇之門，另一個(gè)原因是《外商投資法》的提出。

CNBC報(bào)道稱，《外商投資法》為外國企業(yè)來華投資創(chuàng)造了信心：

• Some foreign business organizations also said this month that they are encouraged by the?draft rules?for implementing China’s new foreign?investment law, which takes effect Jan. 1.

• 本月，外國商業(yè)組織也表示他們受到中國新的外商投資草案的鼓舞?！锻馍掏顿Y法》將于明年1月1日生效。

• The foreign investment law was passed in March and aims to improve intellectual property protection, prevent forced technology transfer and put overseas companies on equal footing with local players.

據(jù)世界銀行10月24日發(fā)布的《2020年?duì)I商環(huán)境報(bào)告》，在全球190個(gè)經(jīng)濟(jì)體中，中國營商環(huán)境排名第31位，較去年的第46位大幅提升。
